A modern residential quarter is being developed on an area of approximately 24,366 m² under the name FRIEDAS Berlin. The entire new construction complex in Friedenauer Höhe comprises six buildings with a total of 396 apartments, which will be completed in three construction phases. In the first phase, 132 apartments ranging from one to four rooms are being built, some of which are accessible, along with 69 underground parking spaces. In addition to the underground garage, the basement level also includes storage rooms, bicycle rooms, technical and waste disposal rooms, as well as tenant cellars.
The modern architecture, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the harmonious color scheme of the façades are just as impressive as the diversely landscaped outdoor areas. Constructed using solid construction methods and built in accordance with the currently applicable German Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV), all buildings meet the standards of the Building Energy Act (GEG) and the "Efficiency House 55 EE", as well as the regulations for enhanced sound insulation. Heating and hot water are supplied by a combined heat and power plant (CHP).
The landscaping of the open spaces includes lawns and planting beds with perennials, as well as hedges, shrubs, and small trees. The ground-floor terraces are also bordered by hedges. A play area for young children with a sandbox and playground equipment is complemented by ground-level play areas for games such as chess, Nine Men’s Morris, or Ludo.
Public transport, local amenities, and schools – everything is within easy and quick reach. The nearest bus stop is just 250 meters away, while S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are reachable within approximately 500 meters. Within a 750-meter radius, supermarkets like Lidl, Aldi, EDEKA, and Netto cover all your daily shopping needs.
Parks, playgrounds, and sports facilities are also located near FRIEDAS Berlin, as well as numerous cafés and restaurants offering culinary delights from (almost) all over the world.
Excellent mobility services are available through sharing points for scooters, bikes, and cars – all within walking distance and reachable in under six minutes. You can also quickly get to the Innsbrucker Platz S-Bahn and U-Bahn station, as well as the Hähnelstraße and Ceciliengärten bus stops.
